All purchase orders must be approved with signature and seal of the customer and approved by Industrias JMC, C.A.

Payment politics

Los pagos son en su totalidad y  estrictamente a nombre de Industrias JMC, C.A., en los bancos autorizados.

En caso de una orden de compra para exportación, los pagos deben hacerse 50% con la  orden de compra y  50 %  al momento de enviar copia del BL (Bill of Lading).

Despachos

Una vez confirmada la transferencia bancaria, se harán los despachos el siguiente día hábil.

Devolutions

If you receive a bad or damaged BIPA product, please make the notification within the first 24 hours via email, attaching photos and detailed description of what happened. Once your notification has been processed, the replacement of the product will be done in 48 hours as the case may be.
